Over The Rhine (OTR) is a singer/songwriter husband and wife duo, Karin Bergquist & Linford Detweiler, based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Their band name comes from the neighborhood in Cincinnati where they got their start in the early 1990s. OTR has made a living writing, recording, and touring. Please forgive me for choosing a song about snow - this particular selection comes from one of their Christmas albums. I think if you take the time to listen, you'll understand why I chose this selection at this time - the lyrics resonate now at a challenging time for all of us.
